I just purchased the 1000$ I Need More Love special deal, and the upgrade items went through animation, but then no pack came up, and I checked my current stock of Cupid Me and it has not increased... looks like I just lost 1000$..... please help

Hello everyone!

The development team is aware of this issue, and the offer should be fixed now. We have a list of all affected players, and will begin refunding them their in-game cash (with a little extra on top) in order to make this right. This process should be completed within 24 hours.
