Missing Weapon Attachment - 7.62x39 Extended Magazine | Forums

I have just completed the game at 100% collection of all guns and attachments in every province however I am missing the 7.62x39 Extended Magazine located in Libertad. When I went back to the location, the game seems to recognise that I have already collected the attachment but it is still locked in my inventory.

My 30 round 5.56 Stanag mag as well as the 7.62 mag are missing for me even though I already unlocked them.
Lemme know if you get it back

I'm sure I had it on my AK, and now it's gone

Interesting how it's the same magazine for all of us, wonder what's so special about it?
