Random crash to desktop no error no warning.

Game will crash straight to desktop with no warning or no crash error. Doesn't matter what I'm doing in game. It happens anytime at any place.

This has started happening to me too. I've tried lowering the graphics settings, making sure my drivers were up to date and reinstalling the game. It used to be quite stable, but now it seems like I can't go more than thirty minutes without the game crashing to desktop.

Hey there! I apologize for the inconvenience of this issue and I've provided some links to assist you! The first is the system requirements for the game, along with some general troubleshooting for your PC. If the issue persists, please include your MSinfo32 and Dxdiag files and reach out to our technical support team.

Same thing happening to me, I have use the General Troubleshooting, increase fan speeds on GPU and CPU, ensured drivers all updated use steam to validate files and each time it finds files needed corrected. Seems to me this has something to do with a corrupt file issue during play. My game just crashes whether it;s heavy graphic play or just common play.I have also use HWInfo report to check my temperatures during crashes and each time my temps are within range.

I sure would like to know any steps to go through to troubleshoot or fix this issue.

    Currently running:
    CPU: Ryzen 1800x
    CPU: Sapphrine 480rx 8GB DDR5
    RAM: 16GB DDR4
MB: Asus ROG Crossfire Hero IV

Crashes straight to desktop before gameplay

The game will start and show me the main menu. After clicking on gameplay, while loading, it crashes and I go straight to my desktop. I've tried uninstalling and installing the game. In fact, I've done that several times and no remedy. Can anyone help me out?

    Hey guys,

Can you please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation?

    Thanks.

I did submit a support case (#05826691) and your reply was just the standard check all these things, drivers, updates, etc. Which I did and then have been waiting on a reply of what else to perform to fix this issue. So do you Redbeard have a answer of troubleshooting I can perform to help all of us figure this issue out. Surely there are logs or crash reports I should be able to create at the time of the crash.
Just let me know how to assist the support team in figuring this out.
    Thanks

Can you check if there are any other troubleshooting steps here you may not have tried?: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/0...oubleshooting/

I would also recommend to try running Windows with a clean boot to see if there are any conflicting programs which may be causing the crash: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...oot-in-windows
