Just want to put it out there, since it's been going on for a while and starting to get rather annoying. My Raider and Berserker constantly show to have "new" outfits/symbols/colours etc. from having to own the season pass. Btw is that for a different season pass since I have one and didn't know there was a year 2 season pass?

I have exactly the same issue. Ubi report the exclamation bug is fixed, but obviously it’s not!

The exclamations on Raider and Berserker and their Season Pass content being locked is a known issue and the team is looking to resolve it. In the meantime until it's fixed, you can go into the options menu under "User Interface" and scroll to the bottom and select "Remove all "New" icons" to clear them out while you play. Unfortunately, you'll have to do this each time you start the game until it is fixed.
