I am currently having issues with my menu installation and noticed my overall reputation level is lower than it used to be. I had to buy myself a new PS4 system due to the fact that my old one broke and doesnt work. I am just hoping it can somehow be magically fixed this issue with the menu download and my overall reputation level decreasing from 11 down to 7. I have been trying to reinstall the game over and over after giving the menu a while to ''install'' but it doesnt seem to be working any of the times so I have decided to try contact someone that might be able to help or give me some tips of what to do.

I've checked your account and it appears on our system that you have a reputation level of 12.

If you're still having this issue, could you please create a case on our support site and provide us with screenshots of your total reputation level in-game?
