I spoke to Ripe2 a moments ago and he said, that his point was to show you guys, that people still experiencing the same issues with the game now days as back in the March, August and October 2017 as well. Now we got February 2018 and the only change you mentioned is adjustment of the vehicle CONTROLS. So not their efficiency or behavior or driveability, but controls.

Anyway. Ripe2 asked me to pass the question so here it is:
"Is UBISOFT working on this game to make it actually better and fix the problems tightly related to its gameplay (generally the points of where this game failed - single player campaign such as adding new missions with higher variability or adding more enemies or fixing TIER 1 experience, fixing the guns and similar ) ?"

And also we made a list of a things that should be fixed specifically:

Starting with TIER 1 mode, which is like playing against aimboters with wallhack,
Fixing the guns such as a missing attachments, adding zoom to sniper scopes,
    Ghillie suits actually MUST work,
Fixing or adjusting character movements and animations according to the enemies,
    fixing the spotting from enemies
fixing generally behaving of cars where for example an AMV can be destroyed in the same time like any other car even that it got armor
fixing the bullet drop and bug where bullets can be stopped by invisible objects or they can be stopped by leafs on the trees
fixing the draw distance, where after 600m mark the enemies and buildings disappearing,
Instead of enemies spawning directly to their spots, they could spawn somewhere outside the compound in the car, come to that particular compound and take their spots, so they actually make it feel like they replacing dead enemies

and then MAYBE adding bigger variety of vehicles especially to air and ground
MAYBE providing a mission editor with option to link 2 and more mission together, so they can be related,
MAYBE adding new enemies or multiplying enemies that could be found outside the camps and towns,

Ripe2 would be very glad if anyone can read his thread:

    https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.ph...ce-its-launch-!

where he mentioned most of the problems he and his friends experience while playing this game. It have FEEDBACK in there, but the word FEEDBACK is not included in subject.

Thank you for this reply and hopefully for next one

Plenty of folks around here have valid points worth hearing. .....but when presented in an irrational manner and buried within a wall of text of incessant ranting, what do you expect?

To top it off, after all the backlash, insults and dismissive attitude of objective counterpoints you want folks to go back and look at this input of yours in your now closed thread? .....no thank you.

You already managed to get yourself banned. Just let it go. As far as I'm concerned, I'll just add this recent username of yours to your old one on my ignore list.

Feedback? How can you even say the word when all you acknowledge is the very exaggerated feedback? You got very flippant in your response to my post, claiming I'd not read his post, but it was clear to me from the get go after reading it that he was basing everything on early reviews. He still acts like vehicles are too hard to control. At first, on KB/M, they can seem a struggle, but I found all it took was proper settings to remove lag, and letting off gas for turns, and accelerating only on straights. I mean vehicles in real life are going to be hard to control too if you don't know they carry their weight into turns. It's not just that he complains, it's that he EXAGGERATES excessively, and makes a diatribe campaign out of it. My guess is he got banned because he went off on the mods for locking his last thread.

    Regarding your input though.

    1. TIER 1 Mode is only hard if you don't properly use the many tools at your disposal. I mean after all, the enemy AI are not using drones, they don't have a crack sync-shot squad, and merely falling back if you DO get in trouble cools them down.

    2. If Ghillie suits were more than cosmetic, none of the other outfits would have meaning. You may as well just have cloaking if Ghillie suits were to blend into the environment as real foliage. It would also mean the player can get away without paying for their mistakes. I know Ghillie suits add needed camouflage in real life, but when humans play bots, it's too much of a crutch.

    3. You don't say what you feel is wrong with character animations.

    4. You don't say what you feel is wrong with spotting from enemies.

    5. I don't see that armored vehicles get destroyed as quickly as cars as you imply. Even in cargo vehicles, the heavier Coms trucks are MUCH tougher than say the Ambulance. Where rebel drop vehicles are concerned, the armored SUV is definitely tougher than the bus or pickup.

    6. The only legit point here is leafs on trees, but honestly, would a highly trained sniper REALLY trust a shot through trees over straight line of sight, especially as critically as they asses bullet path? Bullet drop in this game is more than real life, but I find it's only hard to judge on very long sniper shots. For the most part it's not hard to dial in once you're familiar with it.

    7. I can't believe you would rant on the draw distance. This game has pretty decent draw distance for such a large and detailed world. In fact it's THE single biggest resource hog because of it. It's fine on PC, maybe you're referring to consoles. If so, you get what you pay for. They're no where near as powerful as even mediocre PCs.

As you can see, I have answers for such comments, I'm not too lazy or dense to read or understand complaints as you imply. It's just that I, like many, don't like Ripe's style of complaining, and it's understandable why he got banned. So while you're touching bases with him, maybe you should convey that. Otherwise this is all kinda pointless. I see that you are banned too now, so I guess you 2 will have a LOT more to talk about now, just not here.

Exactly, what UB soft pulled off in this game is amazing and they deserve credit for it. Is there things they overlooked, of course but to label it is garbage is completely inaccurate and unfair. There are very few days over the past year but I have not put in this game and played it and just because you can replay it in many different ways. It's still fun and I sincerely hope they make a sequel in a similar format with some improvements and I will play the crap out of that one too. Thank you Ubisoft.

Quit reaching for the starts? that is the solution that we should all look forward to? what's next... pay them to read you the story they have envisioned? I mean, it seems like a better solution as it takes less effort than making a solid and proper game. Call me naive but I will keep on hammering on them to make a proper GR game.

What is so amazing about it besides the big and beautiful open world? Barren as it is but still beautiful? Are we playing a Tactical Shooter or we're just watching a NetGeo documentary.

C'mon, perhaps the guy went to one extreme but now we are taking it to the other side. Take away the Ghost Recon and the Tom Clancy name out and what you have here is a newer Far Cry/GTA shooter... fun? sure, exciting? sure but frustration and Anger also go hand in hand.

Agreed. I have put hundreds of hours into the game and loved it.

I guess if you start with what you have and look upward to what you want, then your view of the game is different than if you start with what you want and look down at what you've got. In normal life it's a case of glass half full or glass half empty, but around here the glass is tilted at 45 degrees and to some it's completely full and to others completely empty.

The sad thing is that it's probably not far from the truth.

I'm almost embarrassed to mention how many people I have on my ignore list. ....but then again, many of those have been either banned or simply left by now. The rest I just don't care to associate with for one reason or another. Blame it on the fact that I'm old I guess.

IMO, Ubi missed the mark with GRW in several ways which I've been very vocal about. ....but I would be remiss if I didn't also say that the game had enough elements in it that still made it fun for me and my friends. Co-op was hands down an absolute blast for us. .....single player was so-so by comparison.

I have always said that the game is good for those who have imagination, when I was a child and played with my toy soldiers, I always thought how great it would be to have a videogame where you would be a soldier and you have a lot of freedom in how to face the missions, those wishes appeared with Wildlands, you can do what you want, when you want and how you want. Currently I have currently I have 29 years old and when I play this game I feel like when I was a kid playing with my toys, but now in a videogame.

Wildlands can be boring for those people who don't have any imagination, when I play I become a ghost, if I'm in a town or village I dress as a civilian whit really small guns on my back to go undercover, and when I'm in an enemy base I go with military clothes, I plan all the missions with entry point and extraction point, sometimes I arrive in parachute to the highest place in the enemy zone, at other times I become a sniper and I try to kill all enemies at a distance of 400 meters or more, when I just want an action mission I arrive in a helicopter firing at all the enemies until I land and continue shooting on foot, and many other different situations. if you play all the missions in the same way, game can turn boring, you have to create your missions as if you are a child playing with toys.

I'm agree about secondary missions, they are garbage, but now in my second pass I'm not doing any green mission and the experience is much better, there are no anoying rebels in the map and I can focus on main missions and big enemy zones.

I give this game a solid 8.5 because I hate to ear the same conversations between rebels and enemies, I hate the radio and I hate can't to change the clothes of my squad, other than that, the game is great.

I guess I stand corrected, instead of trying to reach for the stars we should all strive to look down at our shoe laces, after all... this is where the bar is set now and much easier and closer to reach!.

I wish I play Co-Op, perhaps then I could give the game a bigger pass but since I only play Campaign in Single player, I can not... to me even if the game was fun and even habit forming, having anger and frustration in the same level is not where I want to be.
