Dedicated Server for Non-DLC characters | Forums

I'd love to see a server that only has the original characters. No Highlander, Centurion, Shaman, Aramusha or any of the other characters. No pinning Centurions, or Master of all, Shaman. I don't think anyone can argue that every time a DLC char has been introduced, they have been unbalanced and cancerous to the game. I know 2 people who completely quit the game because of Centurion and 3 more that quit because of Shaman.I'm hoping Season 5 brings players back but I don't have a great deal of hope. Hopefully the reworks on some chars will make improvements.

You know what I'd like? a pre-alpha build server. Where the game looked much more solid-paced. Before all the unblockable, bleed hoopla-doopla. And Warden actually had half-swording.

I fully support this idea. I also fully support a server exclusively for Centurions. Let them fester in the hell they created.

I suppose Vikes were present as well. The pre-alpha build, which no one had their hands on, consisted of a Knight hero, a Samurai hero, and a Viking hero. Just three heroes.

I would also like a dedicated server but only DLC heros and another server just for people who are below my skill lvl for farming reasons lol

We definitely need this. Servers wont fix the trash they've passed off as DLC characters and any rework they do will just make everything worse. They've made it next to impossible to enjoy playing a slower character even after accepting despite being slower they're barely more damaging if at all. No tradeoff just shooting yourself in the foot if you pick anything but a lightspammer.

While it's totally okay to dislike certain heroes, this thread's proposal is clearly not something that's on the table. The discussion's not heading in a constructive direction.
