Bleed Resistance shortens the duration of the bleed

As you can see, it shortens the duration of the bleed from Predator.
    Useful information to counter Predator.

It does but given that he had stacked over 85% into resistances and still got bled to half way through his final segment, how can anyone say that set is balanced? Those resistances mean nothing in PvP if you are still getting shot. If you have medkits or an immunizer to deploy it gains you valuable time that may save your life but once those are on cool down and the bleed is reapplied it is game over. No-one can survive in a firefight with that little health.

Pred is broken, and always has been but the developers just won't listen.

Pred and Striker both have one major flaw each and it's the fact that they do so much damage and are so hard to kill.
No other sets award damage for toughness. It's supposed to be a trade off.

Alot of players state that Pred is broken, but nobody cares to explain why and how it is broken.

Pred is not broken, it's not even that good of a set unless you run with a group. ( Yes I have a fully optimized PM set with 50%ChC with pulse/Adept and 113%CHD no house )

People cry about PM, but seems fine with Striker. Logic?

Well I don't know if you'll accept this logic. Of course I do die to Striker. It is still a powerful set. However when I die, I can usually identify where I went wrong. I pushed when I shouldn't have, I facetanked without having Nomad available, I didn't use cover and allowed the Striker to build stacks on me. But I know I can face a Striker and win if I play smart.

With Pred yes you can use a medkit or an immunizer but with more than one Pred or one standing back continuously applying bleed you reach a point where even if you have a medkit or an immunizer they are on cooldown and then as soon as the bleed is applied again you are dead. There is nothing that you can do. People will say I mismanaged my assets and I shouldn't have had both my immunizer and medkit on cooldowns at the same time but the bleed is just way, way too powerful. Oh and if you get disrupted, good luck.

Everyone stated that a Tacticians skills should supplement their guns and shouldn't kill in place of them and yet that is exactly what the bleed does. It is quite possible to have 10 bullets that don't come close to killing a player and yet the bleed can completely kill the player as we saw in the video.

I just see no skill involved here other than running around waiting for medkits and immunizers to come back because without those there is no counter. No amount of movement, no taking cover, no retreating, no skill power ... nothing saves you.

This feels like a gear set designed by a developer who couldn't get kills and needed to find a way around every counter to ensure that only 10 shots gets a kill everytime.

I have a fully optimized Predator set with 41% CHC and 138% CHD. Shooting players who are disrupted is a guaranteed death. How is that fun?

Bleed resistance + immunity stacking + adrenaline makes pred users useless in a fight, add on edr, Midas, warlord, you’ll be laughing at the poor lad running predator.

But nope, don’t want to think or change my build and style of play to fight another style. I’d rather get that style of play nerfed

Yes you have to ruin your whole build (staking EDR) ,so that you can survive the bleed , we already know that .
