    Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us! We would advise verifying the integrity of your game cache here:

    1. Launch Uplay.
    2. Select the Games tab at the top of the window.
    3. Click on the game title within your games library.
    4. Select "Properties."
    5. Under "Local Files," choose the "Verify Files" tab.

Everything in the game worked for me except the black screen crash bug .. and when i try to do that solution it says that i have to download another 36 GB ... and i dont have that kind of space available on my PC right now ? Why does it require of me to download another 36 GB just to fix that issue?

If when you verify game files you're being told you have to download 36GB, it may instead be better to just try reinstalling the game.

Before you do that, you could also try the steps in our basic PC troubleshooting guide as that covers a lot of the most common crashing issues.

If you still have the same issue after trying these, please upload a copy of your DxDiag & MSInfo to a support case and we can look into that further for you.
