Exact same here! I have also been discussing the issue with Ubisoft Support and they were putting it down to certain ports not being open + internet settings, I had tried what they suggested but no luck. I had changed my date + time on Wii U recently after reading this and can now confirm that I am connected to the servers! I tried the time thing but it was correct on my Wii U. I even changed so that is was wrong then corrected it just in case. Still no go. I'm going to try moving stuff around in my router just in case something is blocked. Is there any way to know what IP o URL does the Wii U needs to access for JDU?
Anyway, I had a 1 month subscription and it ended on march 6th. I couldn't even use it for a single day.
