I'm losing rank without fighting, because the connection to PVP is lost and is not my fault. What the **** is that? THE NEW UPDATE?

Hi, fabioruiz. Did this happen before today's update, or is this a more recent problem? I'd be happy to look into this for you if you could provide me with your in-game name, device, and operating system. You can also reach out directly to Ubisoft customer support for assistance here.
In the meantime, you can try resetting your connection. This can be done by putting your device into airplane mode and then back out to refresh the connection.

Hi again, in first my apologizes for being much frustrated about this, but it's really terrible losing RANK without going PVP(Connection to the PVP is lost)! When get back to the PVP screen i see the rank going down..like if i lost the PVP.

I'm playing on the Bluestacks (ANDROID?) (i don't know if this is legal or not) but it's the only way i can play South Park Phone Destroyer on my MAC
Then, the situation only happened after the recent UPDATE. I'm not sure if other people is suffering the same or not, but it's being annoying and don't know if i can have the ranks i lost restored?
Anyway i just want everything gets normal, because i don't think it's correct to the game this thing happens.
PLEASE HELP!

Just had a similar issue. Real device though.
The game found an oponent, the match was being loaded, black screen showed up (the one where it will soon announce who you are playing against), then at once it gave me "connection to PvP session lost" and threw me back to Butters house with a loss. There is nothing wrong with my connection and I didnt even have the chance to see who I was playing against.
Some new way for cheaters to win by refusing your connection to them at start of game?

Exactly! And is still on the same! Do i really need to contact Ubisoft Assistance or isn't this post enough?
I'm glad i never spent 1 cent to this game, and still "kill pigs" like if i ever spent anything.. That's the beauty part, now the bad part is all your support and the ridiculous management of the game in the 2018 year, and surely with the benefits enough to make the game run like it needs.
But that's ok, i will still wait to see if anything is resolved..

Just tried to start a PvP match, game found a match then got stuck at "waiting for the opponent..."
After almost 2 minutes of absolutely nothing happening I had to restart the game... And ended up with a loss :-/

It's been like this since the launch of the game.
It's very frustrating especially when it happens right before the opponents are introduced. One of the reason is that it would limit people who voluntarily disconnect before the game if they see a fight they can't win. In Legendary rank, disconnecting your device before the start of the match does not count as a loss and doesn't make you lose a rank and it has been exploited by many ppl to reach high world rank (until last update where it would make them lose).

Hello, I was ranked # 50 for about 3 months, but after that att I'm in # 300+.
My win rate is high, but Waiting opponent is doing so I lose many positions.
I start the match, the screen stays on the waiting opponent, I have to close the game. I lose points. I sad.
