Nomad, Midas, Holt, & Weaver don't get to take a piss without USSOUTHCOM's knowledge or permission.
5th SF Group shouldn't operate in South America without direct contact with and cooperation from 5th & 20th SF Groups.

The Ghosts are supposed to be able to operate with little to no support. Not to mention OP Kingslayer is a joint CIA,DEA and JSOC mission with JSOC getting involved after the Embassy bombing.
