Threat does not work in this game. I am 100% focused by NPC's no matter what I do. I can be the first one in the fight with/without maximum threat. Or hang way back w/wo threat. It makes no difference if I run D3fnc or Reclaimer. My mates think its funny. I've been playing this game since 1.3 and nothing has changed. Now that the NPC's are way OP unless you run a Striker, I'm actually getting over it. I enjoy strong NPC's in PVE. But when I'm the focus in the DZ (even when there's manhunts right there) it's ruining the game for me. I firmly believe the moment you install the game, threat, RNG etc is determined for you no matter what you do. If anyone has any other suggestions I'm all for it. But for me threat is so broken I seriously considering quitting the game. I love to theorycraft builds. But with being the focus of NPC's my build choices a very limited.

Most people would rather fight the little guy, then the one that poses the bigger threat. Just comparing between D3 set vs Tac set.
Where does 456k toughness in The Division sit in all this.

PS. I’m British. We do rugby. A proper man’s sport.

My question is, if thats the case then why dont they adjust the numbers to represent your elevated threat level of 10000000000 when you equip those weapons.
Sorry, missed this post. LVOA and Pakan, I’m afraid. Don’t like the Urban MDR.
