I got it all. There are underground passages to it. I'm also on XBOX One (S).

I'm at this area too. It's near one of the guys who sings of Bayek's adventures where you can drop coin in his bowl. It's kind of annoying. I thought maybe you can access it form burning the floor of a nearby building or maybe some far away tunnel. But I can't figure it out.

No that is just a bug. Ubisoft have to fix that.

Based on my experience, you can’t access it. However, I was looking at the pattern of loot tags, and it may just be a collection of weights and counterweights. Has anyone figured this out since last year?
