Nah, I use Striker's and knows it needs a change, but I think it should be a change with EMP / Disrupt that directly affects the set, rather than changing the set itself. From my post above, EMP would remove the momentum from Striker's completely, instead of temporarily disabling it, making Striker players play a lot more cautiously. However, the Striker players would still be devistating if they aren't dealt with.
Course, Striker players can put on Adrenaline and pop a med kit at full health to avoid losing momentum if they are expecting an EMP (of which I have done), but that alludes to outplaying your opponent at the cost of precious resources.

How can pvp ever hope to be competitive when it only supports one playstyle (high rpm/close quarters/crit chance/grenade/strafe)?
Anything that threatens that playstyle has ALREADY been nerfed into the ground. Even f*****g headshot damage was nerfed to make things easier for these people.
I'm happy to lose a pvp encounter because the other player has better aim, better movement, better situational awareness. This would give me an incentive to git gud. But to lose to a gear set that requires no aim, no movement, no situational awareness?
I prefer losing to a hacker than a mindless automaton following a boring meta at the expense of the game.
I hear ya. But nerf after nerf hasn’t done this game any good. Leaving the 3 as they are, is the bench mark for bring the others up to. Fully optimised gear should wreck havoc, making the game easy. I reckon a lot of this had to do with AB glitch. It’s worked with the 4 piece for how long? No body knows. But it’s worked.
The meta has only just established itself. The Devs will be looking into the data once they’ve got true numbers as opposed to this false data from the recent exploit.
The suggestion about disrupt is a v good one and should be implemented. To sacrifice a skill like that should be rewarded.
I too have played Striker. But in PvE only. Pred’s not my bag and I never touched Nomad.
The real op is the 4v1 engagements. Esp. those children that need to run 4 nomads just to gank players. Me and a friend managed to get a 4man nomad team to proc their abilities at least 8 times before we died. Yeah, I know - four person groups running seekers are 'cancer' (I hate that turn of phrase, but it's the one I hear). Well, big newsflash: four person groups running Striker/Pred/Nomad aren't any better (and probably worse, since four person groups running Tactician/Seeker are also squishy as hell).
No more of this 'Firecrest turret is nerfed for PvP'. Why? Get some 'situational awareness', yo, and 'git gud'. It's a big, glowing red circle; if you don't want to burn, get out of it.
Ramp up the classifieds. Get some equality going.
Probably could say some similar stuff for Final Measure, Defence, and Lonestar...
All of that said, I will also say that I see the validity in the complaints about Predator and Striker being simultaneously DPS and Stamina based (and healing for Striker!). That's getting into a lot of overlap and making 'Tank + DPS' builds, which the other builds are not. Something should be changed about those. We don't see Lonestar people making enormously Damaging builds while simultaneously being ridiculously tanky.
Judging by the Youtube videos, with a mouse and keyboard the set in god-like. On console it is just strong. I wish I saved my gameplay last night. I went up against several strikers (with AR & showstoppers) and I was able to last a long time until my teammates or I killed them. What was I running? 6 piece D3 with 44% CHC & 80% CHD. One my stamina buff kicks in, I can 1v1 anyone.
I do agree though, I think EMP should erase the stacks and also not allow you to stack until the EMP wears off. I also think the healing buff should only kick in AFTER you stop shooting (like reloading or retreating).

I dont think they are that far away from balancing all the gearsets but the devs definitely need to be a bit braver. And.... they need to appreciate balance when groups are playing against solos. Sig links and 6piece bonuses particularly. For DZ at least. Would be nice if they found a way to do this organically for rogues when more non-rogues team up against them say in a manhunt. Rogues just ganking single players should not be rewarded with full 6p bonuses and signature links.
