    Damage to elites mod

is it time for the game to allow a yellow 34 damage to elite mod with stam, firearms, or electronics on it. i think it would be great, that way i dont have to roll with a mod that is 200 but instead a 265 mod, lets make this happen.

Its already best in slot...I would say it's fine the way it is because if you up the main stats and increase the damage from 20 to 25% then it would instantly make the other mods obselete unless you need it for a very specific purpose.

Then you would have to buff other mods, which leads to buffing NPCs to compensate.

Make it an exotic Mod, rare drop. leave the damage at 5%

how much extra dte do you need and how much would be provided from these? they's have to be at least 6% imo if the purps go to 4%. i can't see speccing more into dte when i have multiple builds that already chew thru elites

4% is fine. Maybe even 3%.
But let them roll to +267 instead of +207.

Lots of lower level gear has higher bonuses than the highest level gear. Nothing new there.
Like tier 4 and below classifieds have higher bonuses than tier 5 classifieds.

You ever notice your gear has three stats and two of them are 205?
Well, tier 4 classifieds have three stats and two of them are 280 or something like that.

So yeah...give me high end or exotic mods with +4% DTE and +267 firearms/stamina/electronics.

I'd probably get one or two if they were 267. I have a little too much Skill Power, and at least one or two of my mods provide that.

But I like my Skill Haste where it is too much to replace part of it with stuff that'll only help against Elites. Legendary Veterans...I'd rather have my haste for that kind of thing, especially when skill use = healing for me.

267 is max roll for a high end mod.
207 is max roll for a purple mod.

I run 51% DTE and 50% skill haste. Soooo.....

It took a long time to get six pieces to mesh like that though.

My classified build is 31% DTE and 43% skill haste but eventually,it will be like the non classified.

The answer is "As much as they give me" DTE mods destroy other mods in terms of PVE. It would be like putting Crit Damage mods for PVP. The only other mod that can compete with it is ballistic shield damage resilience....and that's only useful for 1 set. If you have a PVE build and it's not filled with purple DTE mods then you're doing it wrong. 6% is absolutely nuts for a gear mod.

Hey, I'd love to get my build up to a point where I could put those DTE things on it without sacrificing the skill haste. Maybe that will happen.

...given the game has worn thin and I'm less interested with tinkering, possibly not, but I'll see.

First, I should probably check what I already have on there for DTE.
