    Failed to synchronize achievements

    "Failed to synchronize achievements" error continuously occurs If you select "skip", then ROMEO C-30-256 errors. What happened? What should I do for this?

    Thank you for reporting this to us.

    Do you own the game on Steam or on Uplay? The first thing we'd advise, although simple, is closing and Re-opening Uplay (and Steam if you are Steam).

    Thanks for your prompt reply.
    I restarted Uplay and reboot my PC several times. It's okay now and I can log in. This is my first time that I met the error. BTW, I own the Division on Uplay. Are there

    I'm also getting the same error. It's sporadic and sometimes the above works and sometimes it doesn't no matter how many time you restart Uplay (which is what I am using).

    Same issue here - I'm also on uplay using PC. Reboot of uplay and my PC doesn't guarantee that it'll work, sometimes yes, sometimes no. I came back to The Division after a year's absence this week and I've had this problem all week.

    I used to get it since U1.7.1 and in the beginning of U1.8.
    I stopped getting it about 2-3 weeks ago.

    For me, this error seems to start from last maintenance. I've never seen "ROMEO" error before.
    And Uplay initialization time became longer than ever.

    Is there a chance of getting someone from Ubi to respond and help us here? Is there another way I should be raising a support ticket?
