    I doubt jumping through all the hoops will make it run. I have had and played Origins for a year, now nothing but the Uplay Connect screen comes on. I have a feeling it is something on Ubisoft's end.
    Many here have done everything asked with no clear resolution yet. Come on you guys tell us how to get our games we Paid For running again. All our other games launch just fine, the issue is with the update or something else you changed. Trying to make it look as if it is a problem with all our PCs won't solve anything.

    Hey mouse53, thanks for reaching out and apologies about the delayed response.

    Please do note that this particular issue isn't something that every player has and a lot of people are able to play the game without any issues. With that being said, the latest post in this thread Ubi-Borealis outlines steps you can take to resolve the issue, however if problem persists, we are happy to look into your PC further to see if we can identify what may be the problem, so as long as you're willing to communicate and provide requested details.
