Have you also tried restarting Uplay? Some players have found that has helped. Others have found that reloading the Quest Objective when they start the mission also helps to resolve the issue.
Could you also let me know if you tried Dark13cloud's steps? Several players also confirmed that this helped them as well.
I'm not doing some hack if the game wasn't intended to be that way. Stop putting out buggy games. This is why I never buy Ubisoft games at launch. I buy them when they are on sale for 10 bucks. Because that how much they are worth as a consumer. I remember a time before patches, developers had to make sure the game working before shipping.
