    [SUGGESTION] Markers and Blips Should be Separated

    Currently the game combines NPC blip and overhead marker under one option.

    See the picture. The game used to have an option called 'Marker' which setting it to OFF will remove those overhead icons, leaving the NPC blips/dot on the minimap still to be seen. My suggestion here is to revert them back into being 2 different things that can be switched on/off under different options. Right now they are under one option.


    Not only that, the 'Name in ADS' has been broken. Setting it to OFF still shows names when coming across aiming reticle. The 'Custom' display settings also won't stay after changing to a preset one.

    Agree wholeheartedly. I want to turn off the onscreen markers but still have some method for tracking.

    I'd really love it if the "detection cloud" system was reworked, and markers were line-of-sight only -- then when an enemy broke line of sight, their blip would fade and turn into a detection cloud until you reacquired them.

    yeah I really wish they would separate the hud options more because some of the hud elements are tied to others in the options for no rhyme or reason

    I think adding on to your suggestion would be the ability to leave squad blips on

    I would turn enemy blips off more when I play but being unable to see them on the map and being unable to see where my team is sucks
