I recently purchased the downpour effect for emotes and idle. Effects themselves look alright but compared to other effects, their timings are terrible.
In emote downpour the rain shows up only at the very end of the emote, before that there is just a grey cloud on top of your head. In my fair opinion, the rain should start pouring after a much smaller delay and the lightning should appear only during the 'culmination' of the emote.
In idle downpour the rain starts after a significant delay. Example: in duels it doesn't start until the camera goes at it's normal position behind my back, there is no sight of it during the cinematic pre-fight stage. I think that this unreasonably long delay should be reduced.
