I also got the [2-00003801] error code. Have waited 3 days (because in the past i experience the same problem and it was solved by waiting a few days), have tried restoring the liscences, have tried re-installing the game, and lastly rebuilding my PS4's database. Still none of those methods fixed the issue. Ubisoft please fix this issue!

And i also wired my conection because ubi told me to wired and still got error

This bug is quite rediculess to be honest! I would thought that the devs would of fixed it by now, especially for the people who have payed the early access to the new character. So glad I have not payed for early access.
