same problem here after the hulda update. ooh this sucks. why wont they fix it?

I also the same problem on ps4 I was looking forword to playing this new character. I just wish the dev would give us feed on this problem.

The best theory people have come up with is that error 2-00003801 is a server time out as the download consistently stops after 45 seconds, what causes the slow download no one as a good guess.

Ok.... simple you just need an internet fast enough to finish the update in under 45 seconds... Right??

That doesn't seem to be the case as far as I can tell it might be a bug with how the application works on certain individual consoles or how the server connects with those consoles.

The server is down,,,this happen before many times like marching fire,, but never took this long to fix this

The servers are not down as other people are currently playing the game and from what I have seen the error from marching fire was error code 2-00003802 and th ecurrent issue is error code 2-00003801.

Most of asia server having same problem mate so i think the server down,, it doesn’t make sense anyway must download on 45 sec,,it always stop on 30% no matter how fast and slow it always stop on 30%

A lot of people on all servers have the same issue but others don't and are able to play, me and others in the community have timed the download and it always times out after 45 seconds.
