    Having checked your open case, I do see that you recently provided an update to us - however, I'm afraid I do not speak French, so I'm unable to interpret much more than that. One of my French-speaking colleagues will be in contact with you as soon as they are able, to provide an update on your case.

    We absolutely do care about the issues our players face, and are committed to investigating them. I do see that your issue in particular is still under investigation by the For Honor team, and any updates that we have will be shared on these forums first. In the meantime, I can ask only for your patience whilst we look into this further for you.
