    Same error for me after months

    Have been trying for months after I bought the game and black prior pass, shortly after an update approx 3mo. Ago it would fail to connect to ubisoft. Have been trying for months and keeping it updated hoping it will work again. Have uninstalled and reinstalled also

    Hey LouisianaSwag62, I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue still. Can you confirm for me whether you attempted the connectivity steps for your platform that I recommended on the previous page of this thread?

    Similarly, have you yet tried to connect using an alternative connection, such as a mobile hotspot? If not, please give this a try, and let me know if you are still unable to reach the game servers.

    Yes I have tried all the connectivity steps and also have switched from a couple different hotspots and Wi-Fi connections. Have not been able to get anything to work. I created a case haven't heard anything

    Thank you for letting me know that the connectivity steps did not resolve the issue, and that you have created a case. Should you own the game as a physical version on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, my final recommendation for the moment would be to uninstall the game, put your console into Offline Mode, and then install the base game from the disc. Once the installation is completed, and the disc has stopped spinning, please go online and then download the remaining patches. Again, wait until the installation is completed in full, and then launch the game.

    Should issues persist, please update your support case with a screenshot of the port-forwarding that you previously completed, as well as a screenshot of the error message you are receiving. One of my colleagues on our technical team will be in touch with you shortly to recommend further action and troubleshooting from there. Feel free to link to this forum thread as well!

    I downloaded the game via the Xbox store and do not have a disc with this game. The uninstall and install I just did took me 5 or 6 days so I don't know if I would be able to do that again as I'm flying out of town with,no Wi-Fi

    Getting pretty sick of not being able to play this ****ing game I spent too much money on. This is ******** and it's been a problem for months yall haven't fixed?? Why??

    Thank you for letting me know that you have a digital copy of the game. Can you please ensure that you have completed our basic Xbox One troubleshooting steps, in addition to our connectivity steps, in the first instance? If you would be unable to perform a full reinstallation at the moment due to travelling, that is fine - we will be happy to assist you further as soon as the troubleshooting we have recommended can be completed.

    Please do update your support case with the screenshots / information I mentioned in my previous post here, and the team will be in touch with you as soon as they can. If you also have any information as to whether you experience any similar issues in any other games, or exactly how long this has been occurring for you, that would be helpful.

    I fully appreciate your frustration, and understand your desire to play For Honor without issue. Please rest assured that we will investigate this issue with you and recommend as many steps as we can to hopefully get this sorted. We'll just need some more detailed information first and for our general basic troubleshooting to be completed, as the basic connectivity steps have been completed by yourself already.

    Yes I did, I have a case since a few months, I already did everything you ask, and what the troubleshot tips can offer, but nothing works!
    After so many months , looks like you are killing your own game, and you don't even care about fixing issues of your community
