Its extremely dumb how it takes a month or so for support to respond in a AFK ticket. Then they respond with the following
Which then they need to forward it to the right Department in dealing with AFKs. which again will take another month.
This is extremely pointless and dumb. at the moment we can only report for Harassment or Cheats, but there is no section for report in AFK
Why can't we just report it straight to the right people? and dayum why are the tickets getting so long to get responded? by that time those AFKs would have already farmed way enough exp and steel
For Honor near launch release the respond to AFks report were fast and strong. People who kept afk were caught very easily and now there seems to be extremely lenient towards AFK players. Why is this?
Yea we're making some pretty big changes in the department of AFK. Everything from the reporting to detection. Hopefully this will all help to cut down on the problem. As far as support, i'm surprised it took that amount of time for a response. These are typically pretty fast, but it's all dependent on what's going on. They're supporting all of Ubisoft titles and so when new releases, patches, updates, etc are happening volumes can spike up pretty high. Based on the time of the case, I'm willing to bet there was some delay do to the holiday season on this one.
Thanks for the response Fred, I really hope something is done with AFKs. and can't wait for them. From what i saw from stream it seems there will be report for afk in game only. but no option exist for tickets which is sad in my opinion. I really think we should have the ability to make a ticket and report it to the right guys. Not having to Forward it from a department onto another for AFK.. Since the department we can report now are Cheating and Harassment, which both are not subjects to AFK.
