That isn't a concern we as customers should have,IMO. I purchased the content from the same source and it's not working. The tickets do not get solved (there are claims that devs are working on it) but no progress updates and additionally customer service should be solving existing issues via workarounds while the devs are working on it. Neither of these things seem to be happening. To quote an actual Ubi Support employee response: "We do not have the power" to fix or reimburse clients via solutions I and others have offered in select threads,
