    That isn't a concern we as customers should have,IMO. I purchased the content from the same source and it's not working. The tickets do not get solved (there are claims that devs are working on it) but no progress updates and additionally customer service should be solving existing issues via workarounds while the devs are working on it. Neither of these things seem to be happening. To quote an actual Ubi Support employee response: "We do not have the power" to fix or reimburse clients via solutions I and others have offered in select threads,

    Another update: Not sure if this will work for others and it's definitely not the way it should happen, but after buying one of the FG weapon packs in the game _manually_ with instore credits, the next day the weapons unlocked for me. I have requested a refund for the store credits spent, but it could be a workaround solution for some.
