I can't interact with missions or intel, please help. | Forums

I'm unable to interact intel or missions, Lieutenant to interrogate them. I basically can't continue my single player or online game now.
I've tied to reinstall the game several times and its always the same outcome. I don't know what to do now. It's probably relevant but I've paid for a lot o extra items with in the game also.

At help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
