Gentlemen. I truly enjoy this game. It is great on so many levels... but my friends and I are having problems with your ELO bracketing system.

I am rank legendary. I knew I could get legendary for weeks (in a game that has been out for only a couple months, worth noting). Yet I intentionally thew many, many games to make sure I did not make legendary. My friend did the same.

Then you put out a statement that those who were legendary would be getting substantial rewards. We did not know when, but we knew we were capable of making legendary. We both contribute to the game and play it a lot, so we felt we deserved legendary rewards, and so we ranked up to legendary.

Both of us enjoy running decks different from the cowboy/holy imbalance that has been dominating since Phone Destroyer was released. I especially am lacking in levels for my characters, but I am a decent enough player that I made legendary without too much of a grind.

But, ever since we hit legendary, this game has gone from an enjoyable pastime to a rage-inducing black hole.

He and I are adults. We work much of the time, and we enjoy this game enough that we spend quite a bit of our free time playing it. That being said, I have spent over three hours every morning for the last week trying to get three wins. My phone usually dies before I can get three wins since reaching legendary. I am repeatedly matched against top-50 ranked players, even though they have 2-3 levels up on their characters, running the least original setups.

It is torture. I cannot just "resign" matches (no quit match option). I cannot lose enough to get matched against people who might have anything close to the same level units, or (gawd forbid) someone running something other than the same unbalanced cookie-cutter team.

I know these rank 1000 or lower players love playing me. I'm food. A fat, easy to kill treat, playing something other than the same boring old thing. And it irks me that this whole time these tryhards are feeding off me and my roommate, as we are sinking hour upon hour of our lives into an unrewarding game, those other guys will get better rewards for their unoriginality and we will get the short end of the stick.

Lastly, I must warn you this is not even the first time that your ELO brackets failed painfully. When I hit 35, I spent the following two weeks repeating this same process. And it is not just me. This matchmaking issue is really hurting your game, guys. And its honestly hurting your players. For whatever that's worth.

Thank you
