Will hunting the Predator mission ever become a permanent part of the game? | Forums

I have been away from playing the game for quite sometime and did not have an opportunity to try the Predator mission. Is there any plans to have the predator mission return and/or become a special side mission that you could take on whenever you want. I think it would be kinda cool to have him randomly pop up in other regions to hunt.

Predator mission and sites are now part of the game... nice for Predator fans I guess, but to me it simply doesn't fit into the campaign... or at least it didn't fit into the game I pre-ordered. I guess it does fit into the game they made it to be after the release...

Yeah, it does not fall in line with the campaign. However, being a fan of the original movie (as you said), I think it's pretty sweet they added it to the game.

You know to me Narco Rd was bombastic misjudged BS. Worst of all, it was just boring.


The Predator mission I actually think is kinda fun, I don't mind it. It's different, but good different not the clown show that was Narco Rd.

The base game has a hell of a lot of content, so I don't feel cheated.

I just tried it...and yikes, it is a bit difficult. Gonna take a break after 5th try with no luck. When you do get a chance, play it at nighttime...really adds to the mood.

Good luck, RHAIN! I know biomag already confirmed it for you, but the Predator mission is remaining in game. Only the challenge (and the rewards from that challenge) is no longer available.

I guess the reason I'm soured to whole thing is that they decided to devote time, resources and money into this detour rather than the many other things us long-time fans have been asking for to be fixed or added to the core game. The idea that some of these other suggestions are either not in their vision or plans to implement became an even more bitter pill to swallow when they came out with this challenge based on a sci-fi monster movie.

Every Special Events are permanent and can be replayed everytime. Except Days of the Skull I guess, which the last time I visit the graveyard, they were still celebrating and dancing.

True. This one though has its own big mission marker and contrary to the other ones who are somewhere far off the regular map this one starts right next to a story mission.
