    Asset download failed

    Quite often I get “Connection error” when trying to load the game. The notice also says “Asset download failed”.

    I can’t do anything with it, yesterday I couldn’t load the game for the whole day. Sometimes I get into the game without any problems.

    Please let me know how I can get rid of this problem.

    P.S. I’m using iPhone 5SE and have more than 20 Gb free space on my phone, a very good Wi-Fi speed, and LTE mobile internet, switching between them doesn’t help.

    Seriously, some feedback would be nice. I’ve spent some money for in-game cash and can’t even play the damn game.

    I was able to log in today, but can’t log in again :-( this is quite frustrating

    Sorry you're still having trouble, f1sh_one! This usually occurs when there is an error or loss in connection while attempting to download assets. Could you try refreshing your connection? This can be done by putting your device into airplane mode and then back out. Please let me know if that helps.
