    100% CPU (Even @ Normal Priority)

    I've recently updated this game and wanted to go through another play-through. At the end of the day it's a great game (my opinion) but I have a couple of annoyances with it currently.

    1. Randomly throughout the game - especially in firefights - the game likes to freeze for a few seconds at a time. Audio still continues on as normal but the video aspect of the game freezes.

    2. Even with the CPU priority of GRW.exe set to "Normal" the CPU usage on my machine hits and maintains 100% when the game is running.

    ===================================

    For reference, here's what I'm running:

    OS: Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)
    CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K Kaby Lake Quad-Core 3.8GHz
    RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX (4x4GB) DDR4 2400
    GPU:
    8GB EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC

    The game runs in windowed full screen with custom graphics settings (default base is "high settings" with turf effects disabled).

    Just an update:

    I've tried disabling the UPlay in-game overaly and I've set the GRW.exe priority to "low" and it still caps the CPU at 100% and has moments where the frame freezes for any given amount of seconds.

    Hey,

    Can you please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation?

    Thanks.
