LMGs in Siege need a Buff/Rework

Ubisoft as far as I can tell think that a high capacity magazine it such an amazing attribute that it warrants making the LMGs absolutely awful in all other aspects, the majority of the LMGs have low damage, low RPM, slow ADS time and very high recoil (to the point of it being uncontrollable in many cases). To prove my point about mag size not being as important as a weapon's other traits, the Type-89(Hibana's AR), the Bearing-9 and the SMG-11 are all very good weapons and always picked over their counterparts, yet they have some of the smallest magazines in the game.

    Let's talk about the LMGs:

Fuzes LMG is a bit of an exception because it has decent damage (47) and manageable recoil, something that can't be said for the other LMGs however it does have a low RPM (670), IQ's LMG does have a high RPM (850) but is uncontrollable and with low damage (37) it makes no comparison to the AUG and Commando, Ying's LMG has low damage (34), low RPM (650) and a ton of bouncing recoil making it so ineffective you might as well blow mouth herpes at your enemies, Capitao's LMG is probably the worst of the bunch however it's extreme recoil very low damage (34) and abismle RPM (650) make it the worst full auto attacker weapon, last we have Zofia's LMG which is a slighty improved version of Capitao's LMG, but still has the same uncontrollable recoil, low damage (32) but this time has a mediocare RPM (720).

So, in conclusion, I am of the opinion that the LMGs offer no tactical advantage over ARs but have an overwhelming amount of downsides and therefore are not competitive in Siege at all, they are in need of some buffs across the board for all LMGs.

This wouldn't be a post about LMGs if I didn't talk about Tachanka, his LMG could do with less recoil like most other LMGs.

Give all LMGs at least 50 damage and they will be usable.

Covering and suppresing fire needs to be more of a thing, when using a lmg i should be able to force the defenders to back off unless they want to be shreded withing seconds, not get headshoted withing the second i press fire

Honestly my two recommendations for LMG's is adjust their recoil pattern to be more predictable and allow the implementation of a bi-pod attachment so you can attach the weapon to a wall or table and improve the accuracy and precision of the gun in exchange for being limited to swiveling the gun on a flat surface rather than freely moving around with it.

LMGs are not meant to be an elite (I really cant think of a word here) weapon per se. They are heavier, not as nimble, and downright pain in the *** sometimes. Nevertheless, they are meant to serve a primary purpose: 1) Lay down cover/suppressing fire for a team to move forward.

That you carry one and shoot folks with it is great. But, people are really looking for LMG's to bring the heat.

LMG need to have 10 times more spare bullets.
The current pitiful ammo pool that LMGs have completely sabotages that weapons only purpose (covering fire).

Since they completely ignored capitao LMG after reworking a little his FAL i am just assuming that LMGs are going to get a diferente balance in all of them in one go

Man I hope so, LMGs are some of my favourites in other games like BF4 or MW3 but in Siege every one of them just sucks.

More spare mags would be a nice thing, but wouldn't be enough to make them a viable option.
