The bell near the oracle shrine (during tribute) is nearly identical (minus some For Honor samurai embossings) to the Great Bell of the Chion-In Temple in Tokyo, Japan.

Thanks for the heads up samsnetwork! Eddie's confirmed that this is the Market Town easter egg. I actually found it last night, but as I've never seen that movie, nor am I well versed in Japanese culture, I had no idea what I was looking at.Originally Posted by samsnetwork Go to original post
But at least now we know that easter eggs can be environmental stuff, so Fred/Jurassic, could you guys ask Eddie if that runestone illustration i spotted is the other easter egg?
A Reddit user suggested it was an ourobos symbol found all over the Gauntlet, but Eddie didn't respond to that.
While you're here, I discovered a glitch in my easter egg search on Gauntlet.Originally Posted by UbiJurassic Go to original post
There's a storehouse just opposite the C zone with a door in a dividing wall. Park your character up against it, face C and swivel the camera around, it'll clip clean through the door itself. The walls act solid, but the camera just goes through the door for some reason.
I think I'd read about other players encountering camera clipping issues as well, and maybe if the team could identify what door asset was used for that one, it could help solve those problems.
It's the structure in the lower left, you can only see the roof of it, with the bridge leading into it directly from C; https://ubistatic19-a.akamaihd.net/r...et_desktop.jpg

Reddit user RO6OPENGUIN pointed out one of the runic inscriptions and drawings I tried translating; https://www.reddit.com/r/forhonor/co...o_in_comments/
He's translated the runes as "For Honor". But I'm having trouble translating it exactly the same. Specifically, the "O" rune doesn't belong to any of the Viking or Anglo-Saxon runic alphabets, yet the rest of the inscription appears to be in the Younger Futhark alphabet. Oddly enough, the Elder Futhark rune for "O" appears on the wood beam just above the drawing.
I've even tried translating each rune painstakingly by individual letter, and tried several online converters, but I cannot get that "O" rune to line up with any runic alphabet used by the Vikings or Anglo-Saxons in the period around the Viking Age.
But besides all that, this particular inscription also appears all over the map itself.
So far, my best bid is still the red dragon.
