I've been trying to play CoA on a windows 10 pc, it won't even start up, it crashes and gives me an error code which I don't know how to copy and past here so I've taken a screenshot and have linked it below.

I have sent a ticket but I've had no reply, it's been about 2 - 3 days.

PS - Drivers are up to date and there is no antivirus/malware software installed.

Soon Microsoft is ending support for Windows 7. It is obvious that in addition to Windows 8.1 it will be the only system on which players will run it. Nowhere do you inform about technical problems related to its launch and thus the use of the purchased product.
There are no patches anywhere to launch the game. Entries are ignored.
I emphasize that you distribute, from the point of view of EU law, a faulty and defective product.
Please respond to my application and take measures to restore the full functionality of the digital product being sold.
It is unacceptable to sell a faulty digital product.
So much time for patches has passed, the description of requirements still includes Windows 10, the distributor is still making money on the faulty product.
