Fixes it for me. Try it out!
Can you do this on Windows 10? I dont see anything about priority in there, am I just not looking in the right place?

So I played other games and occasionally checked on FH to see if the issue was resolved. But it still hasn't; the lag/fps drop/stutter has persisted over the last 3-4 weeks.

It happens both in combat/in game, and in menus/loading. Very annoying in game, to deal with random stutters every single match - I've lost quite a few fights due to this.

And to clarify, I am not talking about the: "Reconnecting players etc." message that displays when someone drops off a match.

Anyone deal with this/have a suggested remedy?

    W10, i7 3820, GTX 1080, 16GB DDR3 2.3GHZ, Samsung 850 Evo. Super reliable/fast internet connection, wired in directly to modem.
I too have the same problem, I have mentioned it in another tread but worth saying again because now I know more have experienced the same.

Both game and menu have been studdering/lagging abit. In menus the fps often dropped below 10.

I have made improvments but its still not as good as it used to be. Here is what i did.

    1. updated ALL drivers.

    2. followed a guide on youtube to optimise windows 10 for gaming. inkl optimised videodriver settings

    3. lowered the settings in FH abit. About medium settings with 1080p

Now my menu for the most part stays at 60 fps but droppes down to about 30 fps when loading something new. Like warmap. And benchmark runs at 128 fps overall average.
So its better but I use to run the game at High settings on 1440p. This runs at lower fps. But it did so without the studdering/lagging.

    Spec:
    Windows 10
    i5 6600k
    GTX 1060
    16GB ram
    100/100 internet connection (90D 80U with 13ms responsetime)
And I run the game off a SSD

Yes. you need to go into task manager and details. Right click the For Honor details, and go from there.

Wow, it worked. Set priority to low, unchecked my 7th core and everything is working fine. Hardly any FPS drops and stuttering, even with Dynamic reflections on high
