Ubisoft ever plan to fix or add.. anything?

I've been playing this game quite some time now and have seen no improvement in any aspect of the game. There are so many bugs and glitches:
    - Laid troop gets 'stuck' and just stands there until match ends or gets killed
    - Laid troop advances but refuses to attack any opponent or enemy leader
    - Cyborg Kenny killed by enemy troop but doesn't mind control it
    - Trying to drag card back to dock plays troop next to bottom of screen
    - Matchmaking is a joke - I'm level 10 at rank 37 and I only get paired vs lvl 12's and an occasional 13. You're telling me there are no other level 10's at this rank?
    - Desync issues - Opponent health bars jump all over the place. If I deal damage to a unit, I watch it's health bar go down and then shoot right back up. I just played a match where I watched enemies fantasy theme Clyde die, but after death animation he just kept attacking
    - Hackers

I also haven't seen a single quality of life issue addressed or new features added, such as ability to mute emotes from opponent, ability to view clan members decks, ability to duel with clan members, ability to watch replays, etc.

The events are a good idea but they just don't work for free to play players. It just reinforces a vicious cycle - Player needs resources to level up cards. Player plays event to get said resource. Event forces player to use a theme. Player doesn't have resources to level up themed cards. The only out is spending real money on cash to buy the resource packs.

So what exactly is Ubisoft doing? Do they have a roadmap of features and fixes?

You say you dont have materials for upgrading a new deck ... thats not possible...
If you play the game you get materials from all themes so materials should not be a problem. Same for cards ... you get cards of all themes... I only had to spend cartman coins to do fantasy and scifi event .. in total 10K coins... was worth since spending on good cards is never a los.
I do understand that if you trade cards for one deck and only focus on one deck you will suck at this event.
But isnt that fair?? Thats the risk you take... I dont trade because i like to play with many cards and different decks. This is a double edged sword. It is balanced.
At the same time I think it is good that people try new cards and i found out I actually like other decks even more. I even discovered new combos and learned how to counter the decks better since i played them.

I am completely f2p and experience no issues with pay to win. I actually find the pay to win veeery well done in this game.. its pretty balanced especially compared to other games.

I do agree the hackers are rampant. It ruins the game. But pay to win... not so much. Only extreme wallet whales but most people spending 20 bucks naah. Packs arent even that good and thats a great thing because it balances p2w with f2p. Pvp packs are actually very good.

Maybe I have less difficulties with it because of my varied play style.

why does a reply need a title

Are you serious? I have played every adventure mission to the point where I can't beat it again - like 13/15, and I never get arrowheads. Arrow heads are never in my shops, and I never see them from lockers. When I open a pvp pack, I get at most 1, and a single card upgrade cost 4+. Same with scifi for this event. I started to level up a scifi deck, and I had never used a single resource for a scifi card before, and I am already out of resources because the sticky hands and the robots are so rare.

Yes, im serious. I always bought all materials to a certain point in both chops. I also spend cash on lockers sometimes giving me 7 arrowheads or 7 robots...

I spend all pvp tickets i can afford to change for cartmancoins.
I also finish the events always they give many materials aswell.

From the start i realized that if i would buy only adventure materials i would never be able to change so... i also bought other materials to a certain point.

If you manage your pvp tickets and coins well it really is not that hard.

In the beginning I had a realky difficult time with it but after a while it gets easyer.

I like how you are insinuating it is because I was carelessly spending my tokens and coins. And from everything else you said it sounds like you just got amazing RNG, therefore game = balanced and fair. Either way, that doesn't even address half the points of the original post.

No my rng has been bad aswell i missed out on 500 tickets many times even on a legendary... The insinuiting ********, dont give me that im just trying help and explain how i did it. If you do pvp alot and play longer you get lucky after a while thats a mathematical fact. The rate of you getting it gets closer the longer you play. In the short run you might not get it but if you flip a coin many more times it will even out to 50% the more you do it...
