Can't redeem ghost recon future soldier pack from ubisoft club (pc) | Forums

I recently bought ghost recon future soldier(the game) because I love the game and also because I wanted to get the ghost recon future soldier pack. But somehow I cant redeem the pack from the ubisoft store, the pack has a lock on it and it says "you must own this game to redeem the pack" or something like that. i also double check and my ubisoft account is link with my steam account but my ubisoft accoaunt is also linked with my xbox one and im not sure if this is the problem.

please someone help.

have you played GRFS with the same accout as your wildlands? iirc to redeem the pack you need to play at least once

Yes i have played g.r.f.s with the same account. And i have played g.r.f.s for a hour.

i had the same prob with the AC costume. I only unlocked it after getting a single achievement in AC. Its strange but thats how mine worked out. hope you get your solved
