What is up right now with the revenge gain?

The revenge gain seems to be really buggy or random. Often I can get ganked in 4v1 block about 10-15 attacks and then doe cause I never get revenge. Sometimes I get it like instantly in a 2v1. I have also seen a aramusha getting two revenge in 1v1 back to back (He activated the second revenge just when the first one ended).

This mechanice should absolutly get some kind of buff as it is now really buggy and not consistent.
