Again, for Pete's sake, turn off the flames and other ridiculous **** in the background. It's bad enough with a cold phone, no other apps installed, nothing running in my background, battery fully charged, cache cleared and playing by myself that some of the 6th legs tracks lag so bad they are almost unplayable... but when an event track (mile high etc.) finally loads along with multiple ghosts these tracks are so slow, and so bad that getting a decent run is a pain in the ***. This is an event, no one cares if there are flames or not we are all racing for placement and rewards. Not to look at the pretty scenery. Inevitably, gems end up being burned up because of crap just like this. For no damn reason. Turn off the flames and saw blades.
Such problem has been submitted almost 2 years ago..
I clearly remember that performance issues came with a certain game update around that time.
I made solution for Android 8 months ago and updating it since then regularly. But I don't think it's a good idea to post links to it here
If this is the ”sudden half FPS” issue, it’s not a performance issue but indeed a bug that came aboard with a game ”update” a long time ago. I was happy playing the same current graphics on an iPhone 5 without manually turning off other apps, yet now I get the FPS bug every now and then on an iPhone 6 even with all other apps turned off.Originally Posted by stampede-8 Go to original post
Funny thing, the other day I was playing two accounts, one on the iPhone 6, one on an iPad Mini 2. Suddenly the FPS bug appeared on both devices at the same time! Made me think it could be server related somehow. Luckily restarting the game usually works as a temporary fix.
So it’s just a bug. And as is customary, it’s probably never going to be fixed. If it was, the fix would introduce atleast two new bugs that would be even worse for the gameplay than this.
That's really cool, and very sad at the same time because fans have to fix developers' bugs..Originally Posted by negodyaeff Go to original post
