Today is the last day of the challenge, but I'm still missing 2 track pieces of the Cliff-Hanger.
I've seen that a lot of folks (about 190 on Android) have already got the track long time ago.
I didn't notice any pattern on how the pieces appear on the loot wheel - it's completely random.
Should I just play many more times and hope that they appear?

Just play every ticket to the end even if it wont improve your score. I THINK it helped to keep switching tracks every time, but who really knows?

That's what I do I also noticed that a chance of having a piece on the loot wheel is higher once you get to 1% (or perhaps improve your time). Maybe just a coincidence, but who knows.

I just grinded same track and got remaining 3 pieces after 30-40 tries. Pieces was on wheel even with golden medal.

I’m struggling with this as well. Need 3 each for cliff hanger and air assault. Ive even spent £6 on the flaming tickets to get more tries at them but they are so rare on the loot wheel. I’ve already spent 500+ gems getting the tracks and pieces I have, now I have no gems left it’s as if the map pieces have stopped appearing

I confirm that the track piece appears on the loot wheel about every 12th time. Just got the rest missing pieces today just by finishing the same track again and again. Then good luck earning it, the loot wheel can be extremely greedy..

I spend more than 50 tickets (1 ticket per run) just spin the lot wheel. Not a single track piece showed up, even tho i was 1%. 3/10 Cliff-Hanger for me...

Spent my last 50 tickets trying to get the last piece. Didnt see a single map piece.

They've seriously rigged the loot wheel in this event.

It typically took me 30-40 tickets to get a single map piece to show up. Usually I'd go a whole day without seeing any. So I spent about 350 diamonds total to re-spin for them when they appeared, and finally got it within the last few days.

That others were able to get them every 10 tickets angers me greatly. At least it's a good track...
