I got a new graphics card, and Im constantly running this game between 120 and 150 FPS..... Id like to just lock it at 120 because when it drops from 150 to 120 it feels really choppy for that moment, and often messes me up in game, V-Sync only makes this problem worse.. Is there a way to manually cap fps without changing my refresh rate and using V-Sync?
