Just wondering because on saves where I've already completed it, it's still present in the mission replay list.

Yes, the mission is still available to play whenever you want.

Hey, I believe that the Predator will still be in the game. However, the challenge will no longer be available. You should be able to take down the predator even if you start a new game. Again, the challenge won't be available though.

Clive is right - much like some special events of the past, Predator stays and is available for everyone. Only you won't get awards for defeating him - as those were challenge awards and the challenge is finished now.

i'm sorry but The Yeti also was a challenge and you can still kill him and get the rewards (guille suit and face paint) are you sure is as you described?

same was with el yeti. I've got broken mask 1 or 2 weeks ago.
my guess I that you'll still get the bio mask for defeating the predator. but not the tattoos.... (unless it'll be bugged somehow)
