    600 free R6 credits won't appear

    Hi, I bought the starter edition of Rainbow Six Siege. When I open my game, a notification for 600 R6 Credits to be added to my account appears. However, when I try to purchase something that requires the credits (like an operator), it says I have insufficient balance. Would appreciate any advice on how to fix this. Thanks!

    Hi there!
    I would recommend verifying your game files (Depending if you purchased the game through Steam or Uplay). If that doesn't help, please please make a ticket with confirmation for your purchase of the Starter Edition of R6S and a screenshot of your current credit balance. Thanks!
