    Just a question

I noticed this after looking at threads about how people want characters reworked and my question is...

Why does everyone think rework means buff??????

As unfortunate as it is, not every 'rework idea' thread is an actual constructive, unbiased one. More often than not, suggested reworks are based on personal struggles, and then the reworks being turnarounds and gap-filling for said struggles. But you'll still find threads that hold valuable information and actual great ideas.

But, don't take it all too serious. At the end of the day, only the devs decide what to do and how to do it, doesn't matter what suggestions they receive.

People ask for rework when they think core mechanics of a hero dont work, because the lack of options or another things. People think rework as buff because this rework is asked to turn this hero into something more viable. In other words, an improvement.

Because buffs (in some capacity) exist in reworks.
Even if the rework does a fairly good job of balancing the particular issue if people see a buff of any kind on something they personally have an issue with they think it's bad.
    and will complain.
