    Massive frame-loss in Ubisoft titles

Hello! I'm currently running a Ryzen CPU + 1080TI with 32 gigs of ram. I pretty much run every single game at above 60 FPS on my 2K monitor.

However, I have huge issues with Ubisoft titles. So far, both Ghost Recon : Wildlands + Rainbow Six : Siege have been running on my comp at 70 fps and 110 fps respectively, although, not consistently. In the span of around 30-50 seconds, the games would spike to 1-3 fps for a few seconds before correcting themselves. This makes them incredibly difficult to play properly.

I've checked my GPU temp and it's fine. I also checked CPU usage (only around 30-40%). Nothing seems to be bottlenecking. In fact, the only games causing these problems are ubisoft titles, as games such as Witcher 3, PUBG, etc. all run smoothly and easily.

Anyone know how to try and solve this issue?

Its not your system - The game played ok on my boosted 16gb RAM MSI GE62 2QE Apache when the game was released. I've not played for a while and have come back to it. Just taken a 11GB patch and now on the lowest of settings and capped frame rates of 30 i still cant get it stable enough to play.
