    Ban Dispute

    So as the title states, I recently received a permanent ban without any explanation of the violation committed. I have spoken to your chat support and as well send in a ticket and it has gotten me nowhere. I haven't received a single response from a previous ticket that was sent 2 weeks ago in regards to payment issue in which $30 where deducted from my bank account, without providing me with the item being payed.

    So what can I do.... send another ticket and hope for the best? If a response is obtained here, then i think its a miracle and a great way to start, if your "Department" can help any.

    They won't respond to you, they will close your tickets, eventually lock your forum account, and they will not refund your $30. Welcome to Ubisoft. (This is not sarcasm, this is what they do).

    Hi AlcadXD. You should contact Ubisoft support facebook or twitter and let them know that your case hasn't been responded to yet. They will be able able to check on the ticket and give you an update on its status. Thank you!

    Already done. They stated they have sent my tickets for further review and stopped answering my questions. That was 2 days ago.

    Had the same thing happen to me recently as well, first a temp ban with no explanation of what part of the code of conduct I supposedly violated, contacted support and did not receive any response about my appeal until after the temp ban was lifted. Then received a permanent ban, again with no explanation, I can only assume it is all due to false positives from poorly designed detection tools.

    If you paid for the game with a credit card you can always contact your credit card company for a charge-back at the cost of having said credit card blacklisted with whomever you purchased the game from.

    Well it looks like a common theme, my account got hacked last week and I've submitted a ticket. You can read my experience in the thread above.

    Did the hackers log in with your account without changing password and change your game language to Chinese?

    Nah nothing like that happen. Atleast not to my knowledge.

    The worst part with me is that i haven’t even had the game for a month. I bought it on the winter sale... and full gold was only $36. Thats what truly pisses me off.

    Well do you have cheat engine installed.. if so regardless of whether you've activated it in the division , = Ban.
    you might want to read up on how it does work and how it injects regardless of whether you turn on the chetas themselves. there has been plenty of people trying to stipulate that they haven't cheated, but having the software installed is enough, the ubisoft terms state no software that injects or modifies game dll, which Cheat engine does,

    but im glad ubi does this, and rightly so, once a cheater always a cheater, exactly the same when destiny was released people where banned before even getting to the title screen..
    its mainly a L2P issue isnt it!

    Nope. Which pisses me off even further. Another reason as to why i want to know what was the violation commited. Trust me, am truly looking towards their answer and even an apology email. (Too much to ask maybe)

    well you've been flagged for something, plenty of people with 1000+s of hours in this game for time it been out, and we've never had bans so you really need to be honest with yourself and look at the ToS, and see what you could have done, sitting their trying to make people believe that your a special snowflake and 100% innocent doesnt really play, caus innocents are the 1s who have never received a temp ban let alone a permanent one.
