I have bought Tom Clancy Wildlands gold edition of Ubisoft and the game is not in my library to be able to download it, my bank account shows me it took $49.99 from me but I check my game library and the game is not there. Please help me.

I am sorry to hear that the game is not appearing in your game library.
I have checked your account and can see that the status of the order is 'open' which means it did not go through.
If you have a transaction showing on your bank account this means that there is an authorisation hold on the payment which takes 5-7 working days to be released.
However if this has not been released after 7 working days then please submit a support ticket and our Customer Support team will assist you further.
