    I bought gold edition steel box set in December and entered in my season pass code then got all other unlocks from season pass but can't access dlc

    I'm in the same situation as KingHackenslash talked about above. Bought the disc from Amazon and it looks like it isn't the right region, even though Ubisoft commented on the product Q&A's stating that it was the US version. Submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything in the last several days. Having played the game for the past several months on what I'm finding out is an incorrect region disc, is the saved data region locked or will I be able to access it and then install my Hidden Ones DLC with my saves intact if I buy a US region disc?

    Hey TheEmulsifyre, I recommend making sure the DLC is installed. If it is, create a ticket if you haven't.

    DLC Access issues

    Hi there, I bought the season pass today off the store. I have the gold edition on disc. I started up the game after having the Roman Centurion, and Horus packs downloaded and installed as well as the hidden ones downloaded and installed. At the time of writing this, the cure of the Pharaohs in still downloading but I'm not sure that will have a different affect on the situation. I can't access the new area or find my new content. Where are the packs suppose to go to? Straight to inventory? I do not have the quest to begin the hidden ones DLC either. The disc is Australian, purchased at a store, and the season pass was purchased off the PS Store so I know it's fine. The content has downloaded and says installed. Say installed in my download que, when I view the content on the store, but when I view the content in the in game menu only the season pass says installed. Everything else just says owned. If I click on it, it takes me to the store when it then says installed. So I'm not too sure what to do. This has never happened to me on another game. Maybe when the second DLC is finished it will all magically install but I highly doubt the content all needs to be downloaded and installed to use a single pieced that is ready to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would really like to have access to the content I just paid for. Thank you

Then Select the Season Pass, I know it says to buy it don't worry you can't if you already have it installed. Select the 6th from the left panel. It's the DLC. It will say The Hidden Ones. The DLC doesn't auto install, apparently.

    Waiting to install glitch in ps4

    i bought a disc Assassin's Creed - Origins one and half years back and now I bought it's DLC - The hidden Ones with UK PSN account. My disc is of region ALL as mention on the back cover. But there is no region code on the spine of the disc. I downloaded DLC but it struck on WAITING TO INSTALL. I tried redownloading DLC but still same. Kindly help regarding this.

    I also made a US PSN account and tried installing DLC with that account but still the same.

    I don't know what to do now.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    'Waiting to install' regional problem.

    I bought the season pass and some helix credits and it worths 50$ of everything I bought.
    I know that I have a regional problem about my disc but I am too broke to buy another proper disc on the right region
    the place where we bought didn't provide a warranty and I also bought other dlcs from 2015 on Assasin's Creed: Unity and still went to waste
    I feel sad that I saved a lot of money for a game that will just be in my library and will never work until I save more, but I'm just a kid and I waited for Christmas to get that gift and used my saved up money from the last Christmas to buy the dlcs, Sony doesn't even want to give a refund because they said that "there's a connection problem" but I can't also get a refund from you because it's from Sony. Thanks anyway for reading my complaint and have a good life.

    Hey, I'm very sorry to hear you have been unable to access your content after purchasing it.

    This issue occurs when a game disc's region does not match a DLC's PS account region, so the workaround would be to either purchase the game on that PlayStation account, or as you suggested, purchase a disc for the correct region.
