Logic will tell you...there is no news because there is literally no news to tell.
If Ubi had a decent next gen Trials, news would have been out by now. I think this game is done. It’s a shame a franchise we’ve supported for years can’t even give us 2 cents of information...yet asks for feedback for a year.

Starting to look that way Vegas. Red Lynx has given us zero information on whether or not there is even a new trials game in the works, let alone any information on it. Zilch, nothing. The Trials Garage was a nice change of pace, & gave us a glimmer of hope that they were trying to involve the Trials community somehow in the production of the next game, but I've yet to have seen anything come from it.

Simple...it's unfortunate, but may be true. As a common courtesy to it's fan base, it would be nice to see Redlynx extend a hand and just fill people in on what's been going on with the company in general. It goes to show what a great game Trials is that people still care now. Granted, it's not a COD franchise...but a game like this never will be and it's the nature of the style of game.
The next possible title would have the possibility of being incredible...so I think that's why it's frustrating hearing things over the past month. It's like being told you're going to get that polished version of your existing game...but who knows when or if. It's surprising more hasn't been available. I don't bother now with melting. I've come to just accept it...what a tough road.
No matter what game you play...it just doesn't replace what Trials has. Even 4 years old...I can put on Fusion and play for an hour easily.
I wonder how many even are on the forums now? 30?
I don't think many other games have a track central. Maybe Little Big Planet?
A future title...if done properly, could be insane. Seeing Supercross for the first time really with the Unreal 4 engine looks so right. I'd love to see something like that for Trials...but, I'm not sure Ubi licenses that. I think it's more in house engines. Supercross looks remarkable. The dirt is amazing. If you like even just Trials, you owe it to yourself to check it out. It's very well done. The rider movement and general bike physics could use some work, but you know that's a hard one to nail. Even Trials has had more than a decade to get it right and it's still. a little off. Incredible physic in our game though...of course.

My best bet is the new trials will be a mobile game as im guessing , no research done, that frontier made more moneys than hd/evo/fusion combined through in app purchases. Companies chase the money and forget about their long standing , dwindling fan base.

I could be wrong, but didn't they hire some of the track creators a while back? I thought that's why they all dropped off the forum, they signed NDA's and can't talk about anything. One that comes to mind is Rishaan.

You'd think if there wasn't anything coming they wouldn't let us hang on like this. But at the same time, you'd think they would say "don't worry loyal fans, we're working on something". Other games get teased a year or more before they're released.

It’s possible a mobile game is the focus. When a studio is overseen by a major company you will see games like Blood Dragon replace a proper Trials. We could have had a new game right now. Poor management decision....that’s easy to say now, but even in a meeting...I would have said whatare you guys thinking. Me and the rest of the community. Imagine just “wanting to work on a different title” if you work on COD. The reply is...sorry you’re spent on Trials, but so what. We have a franchise game. Blood Dragon is off the table...next topic. See how easy that would have been. The company is clearly a mismanaged one. Basic flow of information can’t be carried out.

Like I said, they should have put me on years back We would have another game right now and it would have been communicated...not like the premadonna nonsense we have seen for far too long. Yeah, that about sums this up.

Vegas is on that Barry Bonds HGH steroid tip though which is obvious to the majority of us here so I'm not sure how on board he would be with the wake up, get drunk, fall asleep thing since the only thing he swallows is protein (among other things).

Anyways, relax guys. RedLynx will make things right in due time.. obviously w/ micro transactions but with that said, they WILL make things right.

I wasn't trying to insult you, buddy. What I was trying to casually say, by "joking" about the Barry Bonds thing, is that you look jacked my friend. Your physique is absolutely fantastic. I'd love to lather up your pectoral muscles with some sunblock or some type of lotion. Maybe rub down your thighs with some icy-hot after you get done doing some leg presses.

The things you swallow, besides protein, was obviously directed towards whole grains, nutrients, and other consumables that people need in order to survive and maintain a healthy life style. I'm not sure if you took my previous comment and twisted it into some type of negative thought in your mind but if you did, I'm sorry and I do apologize, sir.

If we don't see them announce a sequel to Fusion at E3 this year that's when I hit the panic button. That would signal to me something has changed for the studio.
